What areas do you serve?

We serve clients throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the surrounding Arizona areas. Travel outside this radius can be arranged with a small additional fee.

Are your bartenders certified?

Yes, all Cactus Craft Bartenders are professionally trained and Title 4 certified for responsible alcohol service in Arizona. They are covered by general liability and liquor liability insurance.

What is required to reserve my date?

A signed service agreement and a deposit of 25–50% are required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due before your event date.

How much does your service cost?

Our mobile bartending pricing is determined by your package, guest count, and event duration. Please feel free to contact us for a personalized quote.

What time will the bartenders arrive?

Our team arrives 60 to 90 minutes before your event to set up the bar, chill mixers, and prepare garnishes. Cleanup is included after service ends.

Can you create signature cocktails for my event?

Yes. We specialize in designing signature cocktails that reflect your event’s personality, whether it is a themed celebration or an elegant wedding reception. We can even provide signage with your event branding, advertising the signature cocktails.

Do you offer non-alcoholic beverages or mocktails?

Definitely! We create custom mocktails and non-alcoholic cocktail menus for guests who prefer not to drink alcohol but still want to enjoy the whole experience. Also, all our packages include your choice of non-alcoholic beverages.

How many bartenders do I need for my event?

We recommend one bartender for every 75 guests to ensure smooth and efficient service. Larger events may require additional staff.

Do you handle ID checking and responsible service?

Yes. All of our bartenders are trained and certified to check IDs, monitor consumption, and provide safe, responsible service.

Can you match a specific event theme or style?

Of course. Whether you are hosting a black-tie gala, backyard wedding, or corporate celebration, we will customize the setup, mixers, and presentation to match your theme.
